At Elixir Packaging, we’re all about premium quality and reliable service. Whether it’s a faulty box or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible.
Standard Return Window
We have policies in place for everything, and we do our best to meet your needs and resolve any issues quickly. For defective or non-defective items, please let us know within 2 business days with pictures or videos. We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Make sure it’s returned in the original packaging. If you’re requesting a reprint or replacement, the cost will be your responsibility.
Bulk reprints usually take more time. Need it faster? We can do that too, but an extra rush fee may apply.
Return Shipping Costs
You’ll need to cover the shipping fees when returning an item by mail.
Refund Policy
We offer partial refunds only. Since our packaging is custom-made and production begins after your approval, we retain a major portion of the product cost (up-to 99%). That’s why we don’t issue full refunds after delivery. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after we’ve received and checked your returned item.
