Color Mode
Depending on your print method, artwork should be set up in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) or Pantone spot colours. RGB is for screens only — convert before you send files so colours print accurately on your boxes.
Our recommendations for preparing print-ready box artwork — so your design looks sharp on every order.

Use body text no smaller than 9pt so copy stays readable once printed. Decorative or script fonts often lose clarity on packaging — choose clean, legible typefaces and outline fonts in your final print file.
Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Lower resolution files look soft or pixelated on board and corrugated stock — especially on fine details and small text.
Send print-ready vector files such as PDF, AI or EPS whenever possible. Photos and raster elements can be high-resolution JPEG or PNG at 300 DPI. We also accept PSD and native design files.
Keep layers separated and name files clearly — for example logo.ai, dieline.pdf and artwork-print.pdf. Clear structure helps our prepress team use the right elements and speeds up your proof.
